Our Women’s Fitness programme offered an 8-week free training and fitness experience for women across the Black Country. Led by a qualified and experienced personal trainer, the programme provided tailored workouts designed to help participants achieve their individual fitness goals. Alongside physical training, women received personalised nutrition plans, empowering them to make healthier lifestyle choices while building confidence and strength in a supportive environment.
The programme also aimed to build connections and community, bringing women together to share experiences, motivate one another and form lasting friendships. The positive feedback and measurable progress highlight the value of combining fitness, wellbeing and social support.
