Work Experience

Our Work Experience programme offers young people under 18 the chance to step into a real working environment and explore different areas of a community-focused organisation. Taking place during school holidays, these placements are designed to build confidence, develop practical skills, and inspire future career paths. Participants get hands-on experience across a range of roles, from digital services to community engagement.
