Our Step Forward programme supports people with lived experience of the criminal justice system who are ready to move towards employment and personal development. We work alongside individuals to help build confidence, identify strengths, and access meaningful work and training opportunities. Through tailored support, guidance, and partnerships with employers and training providers, Step Forward helps remove barriers and open up new possibilities. We believe everyone deserves the chance to rebuild, grow, and contribute positively to their community.
