Sessions are delivered in a calm, supportive and inclusive environment, with clear instructions and encouragement throughout.
Participants are never pressured to take part beyond their comfort level, and breaks are encouraged where needed. All activities are designed to be low-impact and adaptable, ensuring a positive and reassuring experience for everyone involved.
Programme Delivery:
We understand that mobility differs for many people; and as such, offer choices to ensure the service is tailored for you.
- Session lengths: 20 minutes or 40 minutes
- Session delivery: Standing │ Seated │ Mixed
- Group size: Suitable for up to 15 participants
