We are committed to equity, inclusion and community empowerment.
At the heart of everything we do is a deep commitment to equity, inclusion, and community empowerment. We believe meaningful change happens when people have access to the tools, knowledge, and support they need to thrive. We work every day to make that vision a reality.
Digital Inclusion
We are committed to closing the digital divide. Through digital assistance, device lending, digital skills training, and one-to-one support, we help people get online and stay connected – making technology accessible for all.
Community Impact
We prioritise projects that make a real difference in local communities. From mental and physical health programmes to justice programmes, our work is rooted in listening to local voices and creating solutions that matter.
Education & Skills
We support lifelong learning, offering programmes for both young people and adults. Whether it’s a STEM workshop for students or upskilling opportunities for jobseekers, we empower individuals to grow with confidence.
Partnerships & Collaboration
Collaboration is key to our approach. We work with schools, community groups, councils, and businesses to amplify impact, share resources, and create opportunities for all.
Reporting
We’re committed to capturing community insights and sharing clear, accessible reports that reflect lived experiences. By listening, learning, and publishing what we find, we help shape better services and provide a voice for our community.
The MORE Framework
At Make More, we are committed to delivering high-quality, inclusive, and impactful training and skills development programmes. Our Quality and Standards Framework ensures that service users, learners, trainers, employers, community partners and stakeholders have a positive and effective experience while accessing our services. Our approach is built on four core principles, represented by MORE:
- Motivation – Inspiring staff, trainers, and learners to strive for excellence in delivery. Through CPD support, we continue to drive development in our team.
- Openness – Creating a transparent environment where feedback, innovation, and collaboration drive continuous improvement.
- Responsibility – Ensuring accountability at all levels to maintain high standards and deliver impactful experiences for all of our service users.
- Excellence – Embedding a culture of quality, inclusivity, and best practices across our organisation.
This framework ensures that our support provisions align with the needs of local communities, including:
✔ Providing and driving opportunities for underserved communities.
✔ Upskilling learners to meet local and national industry demands.
✔ Providing accessible services and training to disadvantaged communities.
✔ Promoting strong, inclusive, and diverse communities through learning and positive experiences.

Supporting People
We’re proud to be part of the Thrive at Work, Disability Confident, and Social Covenant programmes, reflecting our ongoing commitment to inclusive, ethical, and supportive workplace practices. Through these initiatives, we prioritise staff wellbeing, champion disability inclusion, and uphold values of fairness, accountability, and social responsibility in everything we do. These commitments help us build a stronger organisation – one where people feel respected, valued, and empowered to thrive.
